Terms and Conditions

“Thank You” Referral Fees (Effective 2026)

Referral fees are paid per qualified referral that converts into a client and completes payment.

Service

▪️Gemini HQ (Convert or Automate): $200 per referred client

▪️Business Funding: $100 per funded client referral

▪️Credit Boosting Service (FreedomWealth): $50 per enrolled client

▪️Monetization Reset™ private business architecture engagement: $500 per enrolled client

Commission Conditions

Referral fees are issued only when:

▪️The referral form is submitted

▪️The referral engages in a qualifying service

▪️Payment is successfully received by Company

Referral fees are not guaranteed and are issued at Company’s discretion based on verification and conversion.

Payment Method & Timing

Payment Method: PayPal

Timing: Issued after client enrollment and payment confirmation

Payment schedules may vary by service and processing timelines

No Guarantee of Results

Company does not guarantee:

▪️Funding approval

▪️Credit improvement outcomes

▪️Revenue increases

▪️Acceptance into any service

All services are subject to eligibility, third-party criteria, and individual circumstances.

Prohibited Activities

Referral Partners may not:

▪️Use paid advertising to promote Company services

▪️Misrepresent Company services or guarantees

▪️Present themselves as employees, agents, or brokers of Company

▪️Circumvent the referral form process

Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid referral fees.

Independent Contractor Status

Referral Partner is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or legal representative of Company.

Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either Party at any time, with or without cause.

Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for policy violations or misuse.

Modification of Terms

Company may modify this Program at any time.
Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Referral Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from claims arising from:

▪️Unauthorized representations

▪️Policy violations

▪️Failure to comply with applicable laws

Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Referral Partner Program and supersedes all prior versions, including affiliate link, Rewards, or email-based referral policies.
