I’m an Army Veteran who served in an Army Military Police Battalion during Operation Desert Storm. I know starting and growing a business can be overwhelming. After the Army, I spent 20+ years building companies as a curriculum and instructional design leader and entrepreneur. I started as a franchise owner, negotiated a buyback to fund a national contract, became a partner at a Mid-Atlantic firm, built a global consulting practice, and opened a learning academy for licensed professionals in MD, VA, and OH, which I still run today.

I saw no central hub for real-world guidance for women entrepreneurs, so I built one. My approach combines practical business strategy with holistic coaching for both personal and business growth. With my B.E.S.T. 4-Level framework, we take you from idea to a positioned, monetized business.
