Hi, I’m Dr. Sherry.

For more than 25 years, I’ve built, funded, and operated businesses across service industries, finance, professional services, franchising, consulting, education, and SaaS.

With graduate degrees in Business, Psychology, and Instructional Design plus a PhD in Learning Management, I bring a blend of business strategy, human behavior, and systems thinking to the companies I advise. I don’t teach theory from the sidelines. I build and run the systems too.

I kept seeing the same pattern: business owners with demand, clients, and revenue still felt cash tight because the business was running on memory, manual work, unclear offers, weak systems, and inconsistent operations.
